This recipe makes 2 generous servings Ingredients 2 cups rolled oats 1.5 cups milk ½ cup yogurt 1 banana 1-2 tbsp cocoa 1 tbsp honey

Banana Chocolate Overnight Oats Directions

Mash the banana in a small bowl. Mix the oats, milk, yogurt, banana. cocoa, and honey together in a bowl to combine. Place the oat mixture into the refrigerator overnight. In the morning, remove the oats from the refrigerator and divide evenly between two bowls. Usually, overnight oats are eaten cold but this recipe is also great heated up. To warm, place the oats in the microwave for 30-60 seconds. This recipe will keep in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.

If you are avoiding gluten, can use certified gluten-free old-fashioned oats You can use any type of milk you prefer. Cow’s milk works well in this recipe but you can also try it out with almond, rich, or whatever kind of milk you normally use.
